Radotín eco-neighbourhood - 2016
Building
VCES Property Development, a subsidiary of Bouygues Bâtiment International, has been chosen by the city of Prague to revitalise the Radotín neighbourhood, a 3-hectare area in the south-west of the city. The company intends to make this brownfield site a benchmark for eco-neighbourhoods in Central Europe by attempting to obtain BREEAM® Communities certification. For this high value-added project, devised in consultation with the city and its residents, approximately 200 new homes built along with communal amenities, shops, a pedestrian square and a boulevard.
