Constructed by Bouygues Bâtiment International, this vast complex consists of two 15-storey buildings with facades clad in pink granite and interior fittings that combine modern design with Arab influences. Pre-tensioning work was carried out by VSL, while the MEP systems (the air-conditioning, electricity and plumbing packages) were designed and installed by Bouygues Energies & Services.
