Patrick N’Kodia joined the Bouygues Construction Group in 2005 as a project manager in the Equipment section. In 2007, he took charge of the Equipment agency for Normandy and Picardy, and then in 2010 he headed formwork and shoring products, special manufacturing and innovation for the Equipment division. From 2014, alongside these duties, he also took control of Equipment activities in the Paris region. In 2018, he was appointed Director of Bouygues Construction Matériel, with responsibility for the Group’s equipment. In October 2022, Patrick was named Director of Transformation at Bouygues Construction, covering the areas of Digital/IT/IS, Environment/Carbon, CSR Commitments and the DPMP (digital project management platform) project for professional modernisation.

Patrick N’Kodia is a member of the Executive Committee of Bouygues Construction.
