University College London Hospitals: The works have already begun and the centre is expected to begin treating patients in 2019. The project will achieve the “BIM Exemplar” label, attesting to its exemplary use of BIM (Building Information Modelling). It will also be targeting BREEAM® certification with “Excellent” status.
