The Kluster consortium notably comprising Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France and Bouygues Energies & Services is building a property complex of approximately 25,000m², primarily intended to house the school’s educational and research activities. Built under a Public Sector-Private Sector Partnership contract, use of the complex will be managed for 26 years by Bouygues Energies & Services, who are committed to limiting electricity and heating consumption.
