The prestigious British Home Office (the U.K.’s Ministry of the Interior) in the heart of London was built by Bouygues UK. The main building provides 75,000 m² of work space for around 3,500 civil servants. The complex, which is equipped with a heat-pump and double-flow ventilation and employs eco-labelled materials, won a RIBA Award for its high architectural quality and its environmental performance. Bouygues Energies & Services is responsible for Facilities Management for a period of 26 years.
