Building with our partners

A collective and shared state of mind

"The partnership between Time For Oceans and Bouygues Construction illustrates the challenges of tomorrow: fully integrating the environmental parameter into the company's activity whilst preserving performance and production costs. Our common challenge is to integrate the use of natural materials such as flax fibers, wood or terracotta and to significantly reduce the carbon footprint by rethinking the implementation techniques."

Energie IP

The new IEEE802.3BT standard published at the end of 2018 allows connected objects of up to 100W to be powered simply with a  computer cable. This represents a real revolution in the building industry, as Energie IP is the first company to exploit this technology by implementing the Smart Building solution for the supply and control of lighting, blinds and air conditioning in office buildings. Energie IP digitizes the building from the technical rooms to the workspaces, with a Smartphone to control the equipment.

Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies

In July 2019, Bouygues Construction and Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies entered into a technical and commercial collaboration agreement to develop and test concrete formulations using a new, unique and innovative type of cement. H-EVA technology, which has a carbon footprint that is 70 to 80% lower than traditional Portland cement, is the focus of this collaboration. This strategic union is a considerable driving force in the face of the climate emergency, the results of which will contribute to creating a more responsible and sustainable construction industry, where cement currently represents 6% of greenhouse gas emissions in France.

Simsoft

The collaboration between Bouygues Construction and Simsoft focuses on structuring a complex voice-controlled intervention report. The project concerns the development of an Intelligent Voice Assistant to assist tunnel boring machine pilots in generating a “shift report” (a tunnel report) containing a description of all events that occurred during the 8-hour shift.
Taking into account terrain constraints, the voice assistant adapts to the noisy environment of the underground environment, the operators' accents and their language.
