Built by (and for) Nathalie!
This week, we met Nathalie, property development manager at Cirmad in Strasbourg, delighted by her new working environment.
Nathalie had been working on the Étoile du Rhin programme in Strasbourg for several months when the news came: the 80 employees in the regional division of Pertuy Construction and Cirmad covering eastern France would be moving into it. So Nathalie would be occupying a building that she already knew by heart, having helped among other things to come up with effective technical solutions. “Good news” for Nathalie, who first and foremost sees the practical side: “It’s right in the middle of town, so I don’t need to take my car every time I have to go to a meeting!” Nathalie uses the tram or the train for business travel.
Day-to-day, she also appreciates her new working environment. “The entrance hall is smarter and more modern, the open-plan offices are spacious and brighter. The building has HQE® High Environmental Quality and BBC low-energy certification, which guarantees excellent thermal comfort.” For Nathalie, occupying a building you have developed yourself is an advantage. “The Étoile du Rhin is a great advertisment for our skills and expertise and a real shop window when I’m talking to future customers about property development.”
