Bouygues Construction has signed a framework agreement with two networks of childcare centres, to enable Group subsidiaries to reserve places for their employees' children. Bouygues Construction has selected as partners Les Petits Chaperons Rouges and People&Baby, both of which operate throughout France. 

This agreement enables Bouygues Construction subsidiaries to book places in childcare centres on a year-long basis. These places will be allocated to employees according to a set of criteria defined in the partnership agreement. 

The purpose of the agreement is to provide Bouygues Construction employees with a new childcare solution near their homes through both partners' networks of crèches. This arrangement complements childcare solutions already identified by parents. 

Bouygues Construction has been committed for some years to improving the life/work balance. The idea of reserving childcare places results from an ambitious reflection on the exercising of parenthood, conducted in 2011 in partnership with the Corporate Parenthood Observatory.
