Zaïella Aïssaoui named Bouygues Construction's new director of risk and insurance
Reporting to Jean-Marc Kiviatkowski, Executive Vice President of Bouygues Construction with responsibility for legal affairs, insurance, auditing, internal control and compliance, Zaïella will be responsible for managing the Group’s policy on insurable risks and for contractual relations with the insurance market.
Her primary duty will be to support Bouygues Construction’s development by proposing solutions for risk management to keep pace with changes occurring to our businesses and with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Zaïella Aïssaoui holds a Masters in corporate law from the University of Strasbourg’s Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management and the European Institute of Entrepreneurs. She began her career at the Banque Populaire, and then worked for such leading groups as Veolia, Areva and Bolloré. Her most recent position was Director of Risk and Insurance at Technip France.
